Traveling to India requires a passport that is valid for at least three months beyond your trip. Please make sure it’s valid through October 2026 before you book flights, and if you’re flying in from abroad, apply for an e-Visa in advance at indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa.
Check-in at Labhgarh Palace opens at 11:00 AM on February 20. We’ll host everyone through breakfast on February 22 with checkout by 10:00 AM. Arriving earlier or later? Let us know and we’ll coordinate transfers.

We hope you’ll join every event, but if you have to leave earlier, let us know so we can arrange transfers back to the airport for 21st February.
